The Deserving Bride is designed to provide one (1) of the following products or services to the best deserving, Deserving Brides. If you deserve help with your wedding by receiving one of the following wedding products or services for your special wedding tell us why. Here is how to enter:
Tell us in 200 words or less why you deserve one (1) of the following Deserving Bride products or services. Submit one email for each product or service to dress@slcbridalshowcase.com. Your e-mail must include the following:
1. Full Name
2. Address
3. Phone Number
4. Cell Phone number
5. Email address
6. Wedding Date
7. Grooms name and email
8. A statement from each participant at the end agreeing with all the Deserving Bride Rules and Regulations (see below)
9. One product or service per email. Each product or service must have a separate email. Applicants can apply for more than one product or service, multiple requests for products and services may not be included into one email, this will result in disqualification.

1. All certificates will be presented to the winner on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. (At the fashion show)
2. All information must be correct and completed to be entered to win.
3. One entry per product or service.
4. Prizes will be awarded by the vendors' representative.
5. Winner will be decided by participating vendors, My 99.5, and KZHT.
6. Applicable taxes are the winners responsibility.
7. Winner will be responsible for signing a affidavit of eligibility, and a receipt for prize and a liability release.
8. Winner agrees that The Bridal showcase will have all rights of photography and use of contestant's name.
9. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late or illegible entries.
10. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from acceptance or use of prizes, or participation in this promotion.
11. Employees of Greenband Enterprises and participating vendors are not eligible to win.
12. E-mail information will only be shared with Greenband Enterprises and participating vendors.
